Refund Policy

Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded.

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery begins — and only where you have expressly agreed to it. That is why you confirm at checkout that your download starts straight away and that you accept losing the withdrawal right. We keep a record of that consent against your order.

You will always get a refund if

  • The file is faulty, corrupted or will not open, and we cannot fix it
  • You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not order
  • The product is materially different from its description on the product page

We cannot refund because

  • You changed your mind after downloading
  • You bought the wrong workbook — get in touch instead and we will usually swap it
  • You expected the workbook to contain your country’s tax, benefit or registration rules. Every product page states plainly that it does not, and explains why.

How to ask

Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 days.

If a file simply has not arrived, check your spam folder first — that is usually all it is. Then contact us and we will resend it manually.

Before you buy

Every product page lists exactly what is inside, what software you need, and how delivery works. Product pages also show screenshots and a short video of the actual tabs. If anything is unclear, ask before buying — we would rather answer a question than process a refund.
