What exactly do I receive?
An .xlsx spreadsheet file, emailed the moment payment clears. Nothing is shipped and no subscription starts.
What software do I need?
Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc or Apple Numbers. Formulas are standard and work in all of them. Google Sheets users should upload the file and open it with Sheets.
Does this contain my country’s tax rules?
No, deliberately. Rates and deadlines differ across 27 member states and change most years, so any workbook that hard-codes them is wrong somewhere on day one. Each product gives you the structure and a Country notes tab to fill from official sources — which is also why it never expires.
Is this financial or legal advice?
No. These are planning and record-keeping tools. They do not tell you what the rules are or what you should do. Confirm anything that matters with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser.
Can I change the formulas?
Yes. Nothing is locked, hidden or password-protected. Add rows, change categories, rewrite any calculation you disagree with.
Can I get a refund?
Because the file is delivered instantly, purchases are final once downloaded, and you confirm that at checkout. If a file is faulty or will not open, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Can I use it for more than one move?
Yes. Use it as often as you like within your own household, indefinitely. You may not resell or share the file.
Do I have to buy the bundle?
No. Each workbook works alone. The bundle exists because these moves rarely arrive alone — people relocate and then buy, or buy and then have a child.
