What exactly do I receive?
An .xlsx spreadsheet file, emailed the moment payment clears. The bundle contains five files. Nothing is shipped and no subscription starts.
What software do I need?
Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc or Apple Numbers. Every formula is standard and works in all of them. For Google Sheets, upload the file and open it with Sheets.
Can I change the formulas?
Yes. Nothing is locked, hidden or password-protected. Add rows, rename categories, rewrite any calculation you disagree with.
Will it work on my phone?
It opens on a phone, but these are wide working sheets with many columns. They are far easier on a laptop. If a spreadsheet app is not installed, your phone may try to open the file in something unsuitable — that is the phone, not the file.
The European part
Does this contain my country's tax rules?
No, deliberately. Rates, deadlines and thresholds differ across 27 member states and change most years, so any workbook that hard-codes them is wrong somewhere on the day it is sold and wrong everywhere within two years. Each product gives you the structure, deadlines calculated from your own dates, and a blank Country notes tab to fill from official sources. That is why nothing here expires.
So what am I actually paying for?
The structure and the arithmetic. Knowing what to track, in what order, against which deadline — and having every total calculate itself once you enter your own numbers.
Is this financial or legal advice?
No. These are planning and record-keeping tools. They do not tell you what the rules are or what you should do. Confirm anything that matters with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser.
Does it work outside the EU?
The structure does — a move is a move. The vocabulary and the Country notes questions assume European systems, so some prompts will not map cleanly elsewhere.
Buying and delivery
How is the file delivered?
Automatically. Payment clears, and an email with your download link arrives within a minute or two. Nothing is sent by hand, so it does not matter what time you buy.
My download link did not arrive.
Check the spam folder first — that is where it usually is. If it is genuinely not there, contact us with the email address you used and we will resend it. Your download does not expire and there is no limit on the number of times you can use it.
Do I have to buy the bundle?
No. Each workbook works alone. The bundle exists because these changes rarely arrive alone: people relocate and then buy, buy and then have a child, or leave a job in the middle of all of it.
Can I get a refund?
Because the file is delivered instantly, purchases are final once downloaded, and you confirm that at checkout. If a file is faulty or will not open, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. See the Refund Policy.
Can I use it for more than one move?
Yes, as often as you like within your own household, indefinitely. You may not resell, share or redistribute the file.
Can I use it for client work?
Not under the standard licence. If you advise clients, contact us and we will send extended terms.
Are there reviews?
Not yet. This is a new shop and we do not write, buy or seed reviews. When ratings appear here, they came from customers.
