• File did not arrive? Check your spam folder first, then send us your order number and we will resend it manually.
• File will not open? Tell us which program you are using. We will send a version that works, or refund you.
• Wondering what your country's rules are? We cannot tell you — the workbooks deliberately contain no country's rules. Your national authority or a qualified adviser can.
• Want to use a workbook for paid client work? That needs a separate licence. Ask and we will send terms.
