What you receive
An .xlsx spreadsheet file. Bundles contain several files. Nothing is shipped and no subscription starts.
Delivery
By email, immediately after payment is confirmed — usually within a minute. The same download stays available in your account.
What software you need
Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc or Apple Numbers. All formulas are standard and work in each of them. Google Sheets users should upload the file and open it with Sheets.
Access
Indefinite. The file is yours once downloaded. We recommend keeping your own backup copy.
Why no country’s rules are included
Tax rates, registration deadlines, notary scales, lending limits and benefit levels differ across all 27 EU member states, and most of them change every year. A workbook that hard-coded those numbers would be wrong somewhere on the day it was sold, and wrong everywhere within two years.
So each product supplies the structure of the problem, deadlines calculated from your own dates, and a blank Country notes tab for you to fill from official sources. This is why nothing we sell expires — and why we cannot tell you what your country’s rules are.
Updates
Where a product states that updates are included, corrected versions are sent to the same email address at no extra cost.
If something goes wrong
If your file has not arrived, check your spam folder first. If it still has not appeared, or it will not open, get in touch through our contact page with your order number. We resend files manually, usually the same day.
